Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form:
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact details: email address, phone number (optional)
- Professional context: company (optional), subject of the enquiry
- Content: the message you write
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, continuing the commercial or professional relationship that follows from it.
The legal basis is your consent, collected when you submit the form, together with the legitimate interest of Moutout Capital Partners in responding to enquiries addressed to it.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the people at Moutout Capital Partners handling your enquiry. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The form is delivered by the technical provider Web3Forms, acting as a processor, which forwards the message to our email address.
Retention period
Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last contact before deletion.
Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Some technical data (connection logs) may transit through servers located outside Morocco. We ensure our providers offer appropriate security and confidentiality guarantees.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to received messages is restricted to authorised people. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, you have the following rights:

- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
Exercising your rights
Send your request to contact@moutout.com. We reply within a maximum of thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco.
